Health Policy
ALPHANR INTERNATIONAL Cons. & Devl. , considers health, safety, and welfare at work (SHWW) to be of primary significance in all of our work and our designs. We have endeavoured to create a humane organization, where people matter and health and safety matters always take a priority. This not only applies to our own employees, but it also to other Stakeholders for whom we provide our services. It is not our intention to assume that SHWW issues are a nuisance or imposition on a project but that they forms an integral part to our design solutions and to our management procedures, throughout the course of all works and onto the use of the products been specified.
In particular it is our policy to provide adequate time and resources to:
Ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work of all employees including temporary and contract staff and of other persons affected by our actions.
Provide such Safety, Health & Welfare at Work training, specialist advice, information, instruction and supervision as may be necessary to personnel at all levels in our organization.
Provide a means of consultation on Safety, Health & Welfare at Work matters for all employees and other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
Keep the measures taken to promote Safety, Health & Welfare at Work under regular review.

SAFETY Policy
Safety, simply, is our way of life. We are committed to creating an injury free and healthy life for our coworkers, clients, and construction partners. The strength of this commitment depends on each coworker’s personal dedication to safety. Accordingly, we hold each other and ourselves accountable for the safety and well-being of not only ALPHANR INTERNATIONAL coworkers, but also our clients, partners, families, and friends. We will achieve an Incident and Injury Free environment by building and maintaining a culture that keeps people safe all day, every day. To accomplish this:

SECURITY Policy
Security control procedures and measures implemented on site shall be defined within a site‐specific Security Control Plan.
The Plan shall include the security assessment criteria used to assess the site(s) and the results of the initial assessment conducted at each work area. Security control measures specified in the Plan should be designed to address all criteria evaluated during the assessment.
The Plan shall be tailored to integrate various aspects of the Contractors procedure(s) for disciplinary action and substance abuse control. All persons entering the project site shall be subject to the policies/procedures defined in the Plan concerning the possession and/or use of alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, and other contraband articles. The Contractors Plan shall indicate that all persons entering and/or exiting the work site are subject to search by uniformed security personnel.
The Plan shall be communicated to all personnel as a component of the site HSSE Induction training. At this time, personnel shall be advised of the site procedures to which they are subject when entering/working on the project site.
The Supervising Consultant shall ensure that a Security Control Plan is developed prior to start of field work and that the Contractor is implementing their Plan and maintaining it as site conditions or procedures change.
Environmental Policy
Alphanr International Co. recognise that concern for the environment should be an integral and fundamental part of the business. We are aware of the impact of our day-to-day operations on the environment; our objective is to balance the need to achieve our business aims with an effort towards sustainable environmental improvement, which can be measured and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Company management has a specific responsibility for policy development, coordination and evaluation of performance. The environmental policy will be maintained and upheld by the designated managers to meet the commitment. Environmental aspects of our processes and activities will be effectively managed in order to protect the health & safety of our employees, customers and the public whilst contributing to the future wellbeing of the environment.
We will undertake to provide the necessary training and support to all employees to ensure that they understand and are able to fulfil the relevant aspects of the policy in their day-to day work. The policy shall be publicly available. We are committed to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment by means of a programme of continuous improvement and in particular will:
– Set clear objectives and targets with the aim of ensuring continual improvement of the company’s environmental performance and management system.
– Conduct our operations to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental legislation.
Show a continual commitment to the prevention of pollution through the use of operational controls, training and risk assessment.
– Make efficient use of resources, reuse rather than dispose where possible and promote the use of recycled materials.
– Improve waste management and reduce waste to landfill where possible.
– Continually aim to minimise energy consumption through effective energy management.
– Reduce wherever practicable the level of uncontrolled atmospheric emissions.
– Manage and control effluent discharges arising from our operations.
– Appropriate resources will continually be made available to ensure that the environmental policy is implemented in full through managerial vigilance and regular audit and review.
